01The agreement
These Terms are an agreement between you and Cédric Tournier, French sole trader (entrepreneur individuel), trading as Avalonia (533 501 839 R.C.S. Paris, 50 rue Saint-André des Arts, 75006 Paris, France), the publisher of Changelog Plus. You accept them by signing in, creating a workspace, connecting a repository or starting a paid plan.
If you use Changelog+ for a company, you confirm that you may bind it. You are responsible for the members you invite and for what happens in your workspace.
02The service
Changelog+ reads the commits, pull requests and issues of the GitHub repositories you select, writes release drafts with AI models, lets you edit and approve them, and publishes the approved releases on a public page, an RSS feed, an email and a Markdown document. Features and limits depend on the plan of the workspace, as shown on the pricing page and in the app.
Drafts are suggestions. Nothing is published without your approval, and you remain the author of every published release. We may change or withdraw features, and we will announce material changes on our own changelog.
03GitHub access
- Sign-in uses GitHub OAuth with the minimal scopes needed to identify you. Repository access uses a GitHub App that is read-only and limited to the repositories you install it on.
- Per repository, you choose whether we read commit metadata only or also the changed files. Repository content is processed to write releases and is never used to train models.
- You may revoke the installation from GitHub at any time; reading stops immediately.
04Plans, payment and cancellation
The Free plan is free of charge, within its limits. The Pro plan is billed monthly in advance, at the price shown on the pricing page (currently €29 per month, excluding taxes), through Stripe. We do not store card numbers.
- You may cancel at any time from the billing portal. Pro stays active until the end of the paid period, then the workspace returns to the Free limits. Nothing you published is deleted.
- If a payment fails, Stripe retries for a few days while Pro stays active. If it keeps failing, the workspace returns to the Free limits.
- As a professional customer you waive the statutory withdrawal period for digital services that start immediately. Fees already paid are not refunded, except where the law requires it.
- We may change prices with at least thirty days notice by email.
05Your content and public pages
You own the releases you publish and grant us the licence needed to host and display them on your public page, feed, email and Markdown document, and to show the page as an example only with your explicit agreement.
You must not publish content that is unlawful, infringes third-party rights, or contains secrets or personal data of others. Repository content is processed as data, never as instructions; you remain responsible for what your commits contain.
06Acceptable use
- No attempt to access another workspace, disrupt the service or bypass plan limits.
- No automated scraping of pages other than through the feeds we provide.
- No resale of the service without a written agreement.
07Availability and liability
We aim for continuous availability and publish the service status, but Changelog+ is provided as is. GitHub, AI providers, email and payment services may be unavailable or change their behaviour; drafts may contain mistakes, which is why you approve them.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the event, and we are not liable for indirect loss. Nothing excludes liability that cannot be excluded under French law.
08Termination
You may stop using the service and delete your workspace at any time. We may suspend or close a workspace that breaches these Terms, with notice unless the breach is serious. After closure, public pages are taken down and data is deleted according to the Privacy Policy.
09Governing law
These Terms are governed by French law. Disputes that cannot be settled amicably go to the competent courts of Paris, France. Questions: hello@changelog.plus.
